Kilkarney Hills Golf Club requires a non-refundable deposit of the room rental fee in order to reserve the date for you.
Food & Beverage Minimum
- All Saturday events during May-October require a 200 person minimum.
- Saturday's November-April require a $3,500.00 food/beverage minimum
- All Fridays January-December require a $3,500.00 food/beverage minimum.
Please note: Food prices subject to change up to 60 days prior to event as stated in contract.
Service Charges and Sales Tax
A service charge of 18% will be applied to the final bill along with a 5.5% sales tax. Taxable items include: food, hosted beverages, audio visual equipment, and our cake cutting service.
