How many guests can your banquet room accommodate?
Our Grand Banquet Room can seat up to 350 guests. Each setup is customized to your specifications!

What does your room rental include?
Our room rental includes: white table linens, white linen napkins, white table skirting, tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, set up, clean up, and cash bar service.

How many times can we meet?

We can meet as many times as you like! I want you to feel 100% comfortable with your decision to host your reception at Kilkarney Hills. I can arrange my schedule to meet with you, plus I always encourage you to call or email me at anytime!

How long do I have the banquet room that day?
The banquet room is yours from 8am – 12am. We ask your DJ/Band stops playing at midnight and we give you an extra hour to collect your centerpieces or anything else you may want to take home with you.
 
What is the deposit for the room? When is it due?
We require the room rental for the deposit. Depending on the day and season of your wedding, the price will vary. This deposit is due up front in order to reserve your date and is non-refundable.
 
Can I take pictures on the golf course?
Of course you can! We do ask that you are respectful of the golfers on the course. We do have many picturesque locations near the banquet room so you do not need to walk far.
