How many guests can your Grand Banquet room accommodate?
Our Grand Banquet Hall can seat up to 350 guests. Each setup is customized to your specifications!

What does your room rental include?
We offer three different rental packages in our Grand Banquet Hall. Please inquire using our online form for all package details.

How many times can we meet?
We can meet as many times as you like! We want you to feel 100% comfortable with your decision to host your big day at Kilkarney Hills. Our Event Coordinator can offer flexibility and convenience for each couple and is always available via text, email or phone. 

How long do I have the banquet room that day?
The Grand Banquet Hall is yours from 8am – 1am which includes your 1 hour cleanup time for any items your party brought into the facility (centerpieces, guest book, etc.) - and we take care of all the venue cleanup for you!

What is the deposit for the room? When is it due?

The deposit varies depending on time of year. Depending on the day and season of your wedding, the price will vary. Your non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of your Wedding Contract when reserving your wedding date.

Can I take pictures on the golf course?
Of course you can! We do ask that you are respectful of the golfers on the course. We do have many picturesque locations near the banquet hall, so you do not need to walk far.
